She married Colonel William P. Withers, USMA, Class of 1920, on Nov. 85, 1922, in Brownsville, Texas.
She is survived by sons, William P. Withers Jr. of Kerrville and North Palm Beach, Pla., and Peter C. Withers of Atlanta, Ga.; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
