Bennie Tom Glover, 68, retired small engine repairman died Monday at his home near Star City.
Born in Cleveland County, he was a son of John and Julia Lunsford Glover. He had lived in the Star City area for most of his life.
Survivors include his wife Ruby Glover; three sons, Danny Glover and Bennie Glover, Jr both of Pine Bluff, and Bobby Glover of Star City; three daughters, Gloria Lamb of Star City, Frances Smithhart of Logans Port, Louisiana , and Sandra Wedgeworth of Minden, Louisiana; a sister, Marguerite Roberts of Pine Bluff; 15 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
His funeral is scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday at Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church, with Reverend Jimmy Tooke and Reverend Johnny Brewster officiating. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery by Griffin Funeral Service of Star City.
