Funeral services for Mr. Henry Dale "Son" McCoy, age 71, will be at 11:00 am Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Interment will follow at Center United Methodist Church Cemetery in Gadsden, TN. Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home is in charge of the services.
Mr. McCoy died Sunday, December 20, 2015 at his home in Gadsden, TN. He was born on April 5, 1944 in Toone, TN to the late John Henry and Frances McCarver McCoy.
He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Sue McCoy, Lela Brooks; brother, Jimmy "Jack" McCoy.
Surviving relatives include his wife, Marjorie McCoy; step-son, Craig Browning and wife Shirley; step-daughter, Victoria Hammond and husband, Dr. Jere Hammond; brother, Billy McCoy and wife Judy; sister, Mary King; grandchildren, Mary Teuton, Geneva Bryum, Marcus, Davion and Anna Browning; William and Stephen Gower; Clayton and Cullen Hughes; five great-grandchildren.
Visitation for Mr. McCoy will be held Wednesday, December 23, 2015 9:00 am - 11:00 am at First Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
