He is most known for his paranormal investigations. His friends and family describe him a serious and dedicated researcher in the field who published numerous books. Herman helped others giving them what little he could give. He was honest and loyal. Herman was a life time resident of Baltimore City, Maryland.
Besides paranormal investigations his past jobs included: Traffic Electronic Maintenance Technician Level 2 at Department of Transportation, Lab Instructor at Baltimore City Community College, Chief engineer at James Brown Broadcasting, and Audio Engineer/Producer at United Broadcasting Company. He also studied at Universal Life Church Seminary.
