Darrell Edward Nash, age 77, originally of New Albany, IN, recently a resident in Noblesville, IN, passed away of heart failure September 15, 2020 surrounded by his family.

He was born December 9, 1942 at New Albany, IN to Wilbur and Orpha (Cleora) Nash. He attended schools in New Albany and graduated from New Albany High School. He then attended Indiana University.

He worked for the Courier Journal at Louisville, KY in marketing at the age of 25 and his career continued in sales, marketing and management for Johnson & Johnson Company. He was a licensed insurance agent, had managed health care placement agencies, and had traveled abroad extensively in import/export sales. After retirement he served as a caregiver in home health care.

He enjoyed fishing, traveling, watching Colts Football games and New Albany basketball games. Most of all he loved spending time with his daughters, grandchildren, and his brother and sister.

Surviving him are three daughters: Kimberly Kelly of Carmel, IN, Lori Cummins of Noblesville, and Kristen King of Noblesville, IN, a brother: Warren Nash of New Albany, IN and sister Marilyn Nash Doyle of New Albany, IN, grandchildren: Sofia King, Austin Lugo, Dustin Kelly, Brooke Mergell and Lexus Mergell.

His parents and his brother: Wilbur Nash, Jr. preceded him in death.
