He was born in Winn, ME, May 11, 1928, a son of the late Louis and Margaret (Shannon) Albert and was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He had been employed as a barber and by Great Northern Paper Mill before moving from Maine to Wallingford in 1966, he then worked at International Silver and was the proprietor of Bean Hole Beans.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Terry Albert and Arleen Dwyer, and Dale Albert and Linda Deno of Wallingford; his daughter, Vicki Sweet and her husband Harold of Cheshire; his grandchildren, Hal Sweet and Ben Sweet; his adopted grandchildren, Eric Remillard, John Deno and Michelle Deno; his great grandchildren, Cole, Ciera and Ryder; his brothers, Frank and John Albert; his daughter-in-law, Mary Remillard; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his granddaughter, Rebecca Remillard; and 12 siblings.
