He married Dorothy M. "Dot" Kemp on January 29, 1949. Chuck had worked for Kimball as a line supervisor. In his younger years, he was an avid bowler and softball player. He was a member of the Huntingburg Eagles Club and VFW Post #2366.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Dot on June 27, 2008; sisters, Thelma Kuesis, Doris Fancher and Virginia Camp; his brothers, Les and Robert Neal.
He is survived by two daughters, Janessa (Al) Fischer of Fairfield, OH, Deborah (Fred) Hewtty of Pearsall, Texas; 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Chuck Neal will be held on Tuesday, December 8th at 2:00 p.m. EST . Burial will follow in Fairmount Cemetery. V.F.W. Post #2366 Memorial Detail will conduct military graveside rites.
