Catherine was a graduate of Keyser High School and was employed by Baush & Lomb as an inspector. She attended St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church. Catherine enjoyed spending time with her family. Many fond memories were made while camping at Big Bear Lake and traveling in the family camper. She also enjoyed puzzles.
Catherine is survived by her son, Dean Sullivan and wife Sharon of Mountain Lake Park; a daughter-in-law, Doris Sullivan; grandchildren, Toni Sullivan, Joshua Sullivan and wife Bethany, Jennifer Lewis and husband Zeb, Cody Sullivan and wife Brittany, Chad Cerrito, Stan Shaffer and wife Stephanie, Dave Shaffer and wife Mandy and Lisa Shaffer; twelve great grandchildren; a sister, Louise Smith.
In addition to her parents, Catherine was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Tony D. Sullivan, Sr. in May 2019; three children, Tony D. “Casey” Sullivan, Jr., Debra J. Cerrito and Steven Sullivan; a sister, Betty Bosley; a brother, Holmes Gardner, Jr.
In accordance with the Sullivan family’s wishes, all funeral services will be private and interment will be held in Rocky Gap Veterans Cemetery.
