Maria Pilar Williams, 86, of Orange, Texas, passed away peacefully at her home on December 4th, 2020 with her family by her side.

Maria loved her family and possessed an unwavering faith in God. She exhibited this love in every interaction with her family, always supporting them with all that she had to give and living her life with a servant heart. She was a pillar of strength to all those around her and was an example of perseverance to her loved ones who will always look up to her.

Maria had a passion for gardening. Just as she cared for her family, she tended to her garden diligently. She was an active member in her church and practiced her faith daily. Her family and friends will remember her as a strong woman of faith, loving mother, endearing grandmother and great grandmother, and the rock of her family. Her love stays with us and will continue to hold our family together now that she rests in the arms of Jesus.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Simon Paul Williams SR., her first husband, Lynneth Carlton White, her son Simon Paul Williams JR., son in law Terry Michael Monceaux, her parents and five siblings.
