Peggy was born January 12, 1937, in Harrisville, Mississippi, daughter of the late James Burnice and Willie Mae (Harris) Taylor. She married Benjamin Burkett "Ben" Riley July 30, 1961. He preceded her in death November 28, 2018. Peggy had been employed at The Doctor's Clinic and retired as office mananger for Dr. Paul Marsidi. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Tiffany Riley of Union City; two grandchildren, Halle Riley and Hayes Riley both of Union City; one sister and brother-in-law, Lana and Carey Lee of Summit, Mississippi; two nieces and the spouse of one, Gayla and Mark Elliott of Brandon, Mississippi and Cristil Baldwin of Gulf Breeze, Florida; one great niece, Kylie Elliott of Brandon, Mississippi; and one great nephew, Ben Baldwin of Gulf Breeze, Florida.
She was also preceded in death by one brother, Rodney Taylor.
