Faye Catlett Wade, 89, died Thursday at the Friendship House. Born November 2, 1906 in Mercer County, she was the daughter of the late John Leslie and Cordelia Hungate Catlett. She was a retired employee of Palm Beach Company and a member of Bethel No. 1 Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She was the widow of William Wade. Survivors include one sister, Beatrice Peavler, Harrodsburg; one brother, Woodrow Catlett, Harrodsburg; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 25, at the Preston-Pruitt Funeral Home with the Rev. James F. Byrd officiating. Burial was in Buffalo Springs Cemetery, Stanford.
