Brent Allen Lorentz, 16, of Phoenix, Ariz., grandson of Peoria County residents, died Saturday, Dec. 12, 1992, in Phoenix.
He was born Sept. 21, 1976, in Santa Ana, Calif., to Edward and Deborah Lorentz.
Surviving are his father and stepmother, Edward and Elise Lorentz of San Diego; his mother and stepfather, Deborah and Doug Parnham of Phoenix; one brother, Brian; one sister, Trinity Lorentz; two stepsisters, Regina and Erica Parnham; and grandparents, Harold and Sue Lorentz of Dunlap, Mary Baker Brown of East Peoria; and step-grandmother Betty Parnham of East Peoria.
Services were Wednesday, Dec. 16, at Phoenix First Assembly of God Church.
Cremation was accorded. (Ashes were interred on October 10, 2006.)
Arrangements were by Shadow Mountain Mortuary in Phoenix.
