Judith was born on September 11, 1954, in Paden City, WV.
She grew up in Paden City and graduated from Paden City High School.
In her adult years, Judy moved to Weirton, WV, and this is where she met her husband, Bill Cross. They dated three years and were married on July 22, 1988.
Anyone who met Judy loved her to pieces. She was a fun-loving loyal and hard worker. She loved tending to her flower and rock gardens and often would sit out on the back porch enjoying her creations.
Judy and Bill loved to travel especially to Virginia Beach to visit friends and Ocean City to relax at the beach. The first time she saw the ocean was with Bill.
Judy was preceded in death by her father, Carl Ray Sweeney.
Judy will be remembered with love by her husband, William Keith "Bill" Cross; her daughter, Pam (Mike) Bosley; her grandchildren, Ally and Bryan Bosley; her brother, Larry (Linda) Sweeney; her sisters, Darlene (Dave) Sells; and her brothers and sisters, Orville and Jay and Melinda and Betty.
Private Services will be held with her family.

She will be laid to rest at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Weirton.
