He was very spiritual, and of the Baptist faith. Anyone who met Jeffery would see him as a strong and wise man, a jack of all trades. He loved motorcycles and fishing. He also adored his children and family. Jeffery was a loving father and a devoted husband, and will be dearly missed.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Kay Johnson.
Jeffery is survived by his wife of 21 years, Lisa; son, Jeffery Johnson, II; daughter, Jessica Johnson; father, Jerry (Priscilla) Johnson, Sr.; brother, Jerry (Yvonne) Johnson, Jr.; sister, Tonja (Daniel) Johnston; uncle, Raymond Holder; his nana and papa, Charlotte (Jimmy) Rominger, as well as several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Turner Funeral Home @ Hwy 58. A funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel with Pastor Sterling Jetton officiating.
Jeffery will be laid to rest in Harrison Cemetery.
