Virginia (Jena) Lee (Farris) Pearon, 89, of Lohman, Missouri, was called home on Thursday, November 26, 2020, at California Care Center. Jena was born on May 16, 1931, in Etterville, Missouri, the daughter of the late David Elmer and Dora Ellen (Brown) Farris.
On December 23, 1948, Jena married the late Clyde Vencil Pearon.
Jena was a hard worker who retired from Modine Manufacturing and then went on to own Cajun Catfish in St. Martins. In her spare time, she raised dogs and spent time with her family.
She enjoyed meeting the bus after school to greet her great-grandchildren, Hunter and Karter Pearon. Jena was known for her bear hugs, love of butterflies and dogs, and being a loyal friend who did not sugar coat things. She will be missed by all. Survivors include son: Jerry (Kathy) Pearon of Council Bluff, Iowa; grandson she raised, Doug (Amanda) Pearon of Lohman; grandchildren: Josh Pearon, Mandy McKee, Jason Pearon, Justin Pearon, Tina Fastnacht, Terry Daniels, Jaylynn Hardwick, Jacob Pearon and multiple great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sons: Terry Pearon and Rick Pearon; daughter: Diana Pearon and daughter-in-law: Lindi Daniels.
Friends will be received from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 3, 2020, at Weber-Millard Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of WEBER-MILLARD Funeral Home, 13415 Route C, Russellville, Missouri 65074.
