Edward Kent Farrar II (76) passed away peacefully at his home on Nov. 22, 2020.
Born Jan. 31, 1944 in Ashtabula he was the son of Shirley (Crooms) Norton-Boyd and Edward Kent Farrar Sr.
Edward was a graduate of Ashtabula High School class of 1962 and was a veteran of the United States Army being honorably discharges in 1965. He was retired from Reliance Electric.
He enjoyed restoring, racing, and showing his 1966 Chevelle SS (Fast Eddie and the King Rat).
Survivors include his children Jeanie (Chad) Galbraith, Pamela (Terence) Harmon, Evangela (Tim)Moore, Melissa (Loren) Andrews, Edward (Denyse) Farrar III, Michelle Farrar, Devin Farrar, grandchildren Chase, Madison, Devante, Isaiah, Jade, Marcel, Jamar, Jamirra, Jabreya, Jaylen, Jaeceon, Taylor, Kaylee, Edward IV, Gavin, Grayson, Deja, Dontrell, Daneja, Lexi, Devin Jr., and Amyah, 12 great grandchildren, sister Patricia Norton, Gail Collins, and special cousin Barbara Whipple.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Loretta Melik, and Aunt Arlene Jones.
Private family services will be held, entombment will take place in St. Joseph Cemetery with Military Honors being provided by the United States Army.
