Beloved husband for 44 years to Patricia (Howk) Koch. Loving father of Carolyn Ellis, Patricia Roemer (Joe), and Stephanie Schmidlkofer. Stepfather to Gregory Ungewitter, Pamela Blanchard (Kevin), and Theresa Berlin. Proud grandfather to 17 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Wilfrid and Antonette (Frank), brothers Richard and Eugene Koch, and son-in-law Chris Ellis. He is further survived by 3 brothers, 2 sisters, and many other relatives and friends.
Bob was employed at Marquette University as a Locksmith for 22 years until he retired in 2008. Then he was also employed at Griffin Chevrolet.
Visitation Saturday, December 12, 2020 at BLESSED SAVIOR CHURCH, 8545 West Villard Avenue, Milwaukee, from 10:00 AM until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Following the services, family and friends are invited to attend the burial with Full Military Honors at Wisconsin Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Robert’s name may be made to the ASPCA.
There will be no post service gathering due to the current health concerns. Robert will be greatly missed by his wife and family and all who knew him.
