Stephanie Patricia Green was born in Oak Ridge Tennessee on September 12th, 1959 to Donald M and Barbara B Green. They also had two other daughters, Jennifer and Heather. As a young girl, her family moved to New Hampshire where she attended Oyster River School District in Durham. It was there where she took an interest in ballet dancing and she would study in Durham, Portsmouth and New York. She danced with the New Hampshire Ballet Company from 1968 to 1976. Being on the road, she moved around a lot and attended Mt Vernon High School in Indiana where she was in Distributive Education and the Art Guild. In 1977she danced one season with the American Ballet Theatre in New York City.

After school, in 1978, she enlisted in The United States Marines and married a fellow Marine, Charles John Juricek on July 6th, 1982, to become Stephanie Patricia Juricek and moved to Jacksonville, NC. She was serving at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina and achieved the rank of Corporal. After six years of service (1978-1984), she was expelled from the Corps for fraternizing with a superior officer which led to her divorce from Charles on November 16th, 1984.
She then moved with family (most likely her sister Heather) to Baltimore Maryland and worked as a dancer at a Baltimore Nightclub called, “The Block”. She also worked as a Prostitute and was involved in some narcotic activities. This began Stephanie down a path of lifestyle change of negativity.
In 1985, she met Harry Von Groff, a tattoo artist and street gang member who tattooed her with her trademark tattoo of “a snake poised to strike her left nipple , that morphs into a tiger composed of interlaced skulls across her belly, and finally reanimates as a snake snapping at her private area. She also was a substitute teacher for six months in NJ in 1985.
In 1986, Stephanie moved to Los Angeles to enter the adult film industry, where she met Bill Marigold who described her as the love of his life. She made over 70 adult films during her career and one mainstream film appearance in 1988 comedy feature, “Vice Academy”, where she played a director. She resided at Baylis Street and at 8231 DE Longpre Ave, Apt 1 in West Hollywood. She also had a second residence at 1329 Alaaka Street in Aiea Hawaii.

In August of 1989, in order to get more work in the adult industry and to keep up with the high cost of living in LA, she got breast implants, moving from 34Ato34DD. This caused her to have “implant schizophrenia” and drove her to a mental breakdown in September of 1990. By May 1991, her behavior had become strange and she disappeared without warning from California. Her Social Security Card Driver’s License and Birth Certificate were found on a gravestone in Arkansas. Her whereabouts were only known by her mother as Stephanie went into seclusion back in New Hampshire.
In the later years of her life she worked as a hair stylist at Patrix and phlebotomist at Portsmouth Regional Hospital. She also was involved with the charity, Boniface Haiti foundation since her favorite area of the world was the beaches of Haiti. While working at Patrix hair salon, she offered young people nearby at the Chase Home the opportunity to have their hair styled for free to contribute to their dignity.
Stephanie died on December 24th, 2010, of lung cancer at Portsmouth Regional Hospital. She was survived by her daughter Christina of LA, two sisters, Jennifer of Santa Cruz, CA and Heather of Baltimore and her parents Donald and Barbara of Portsmouth.
