Born in Greenville, SC, she was a daughter of the late Woodrow W. and Myrtle Saunders Arrowood. Mrs. Garrett was retired and a member of Cross Plains Baptist Church.
Surviving are her two children, Shane Garrett (Jennifer) and Ashleigh Garrett; two sisters, Deborah Wright and Sandra Morrow (Phillip); two brothers, Ronnie Arrowood and Dale Blackstone (Veronica) and many loving nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
