A Norman Fedon, 66, of State College died of a heart attack on Saturday, Feb. 4, 1995 at home.

He was born Dec 6, 1928 in Pen Argyl, a son of Abele and Nives Marcon Fedon.

Mr. Fedon attended Lafayette University, where he studied engineering. He served in the U.S. Army 62nd Airborne during the Korean War. He was president of RNR Construction Company. He built many landmark buildings in State College including the American Philatelic building, South Hills Business School, and Peoples National Bank in the Hills Plaza. He was a partner in Fedon Marcon; on the board of directors of the Patton-Ferguson Joint Authority; a member of the Sons of Italy, and Chi Phi Fraternity.

He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline Timmeney Fedon, two daughters: Nancy Fedon Hworzdek of State College and Janet Fedon Heaps of Lancaster; three sons: Norman T Fedon of State College, Charles R Fedon of Mansfield, Texas, and James Fedon of Portland, Oregon; a sister: Laura Taylor of Casselberry, Florida; and a brother: Richard Fedon of State College.
