WARD, Dr. Alan Dr. Douglas Alan Ward, DVM passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 2, 2020 due to natural causes. Alan was born May 1, 1956 in Dallas, TX. He attended Berkner High School in Richardson, TX and then college at Texas A&M, receiving his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Ward founded Plano Animal Clinic in 1984 and operated until the time of his passing, specializing in alternative therapy. He is proceeded in death by his parents, Doyal and Colleen Ward. Dr. Ward is survived by his lovely wife, Telma Ward, and ex-wife, Teresa Corley; his two sons Kurt and wife Amanda Ward; Scott and wife Christina Ward, his sister Elaine Davis, and brother David and wife Ann Ward, with their daughters April Farris and Crystal Geigel.
