Shirley Mae Hendricks-Mosley, 82, of Accoville, WV gained her wings and went to be with the Lord on Monday November 30, 2020 at her home following a short illness. She was a homemaker, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. She was of the Christian faith and loved the Lord and her family. She loved to have her picture taken and to make people laugh.

She was born on October 23, 1938 in Lee County, VA to the late Chester Hendricks (1912-1994) and Gracie V. Harmon-Hendricks (1917-1995). In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Raymond C. Hendricks (1935-1976), Charles Hendricks (1951-1972), and James T. Hendricks (1936-1987); a son, James David "Duke" Harrison Sr. (1963-2015); a grandson, James David "J. D." Harrison Jr. (1986-2019); and her first husband, Robert "Jennings" Harrison Sr. (1930-Deceased) whom she married on December 10, 1955 in Mallory, Logan County, WV (per WV Marriage License Register, Logan County, WV, 1955, Page 446, Application Date: December 10, 1955).

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Drema Harrison-Ray, with whom she made her home, Vickie Harrison-Hunt and Rhonda Harrison-Cooper & husband Roy Cooper; four sons, Robert "Jennings" Harrison Jr. & wife Teresa Harrison, Rodney Harrison & wife Shirley Harrison, Michael Harrison & wife Rebecca Harrison and Kenny Harrison; two special granddaughters who helped care for her, Maranda Muncy and Leigh Ann Ferrell and their children; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; and a host of other loving family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Friday, December 4, 2020 in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV. She will be laid to rest in Highland Memory Garden, Logan, WV. Friends may gather with the family from 11:00 am until time of service on Friday at the funeral home.
