Leo F. Phillips, age 89, of Willard, Ohio, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, November 26, 2020. He was born on September 16, 1931 in Plymouth, Ohio, to the late Linus and Blanche (Echelbarger) Phillips. Leo graduated from New Haven High School, served in the U.S. Airforce and was a former member of the Willard American Legion. He had worked at MTD in Willard for 32 years.

He is survived by his wife, whom he married December 23, 1950; one son of Willard; two grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; a sister and 13 nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Donald Phillips.

Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements and due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be a private graveside service at Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, Ohio.
