She was the daughter of Birsey Dee and Nellie Faye McCulley Brooks. She worked in the stock room for Franklin Aluminum. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jimmy S Harmon; brother, Gregory Brooks; and two sisters, Melba Hall and Rena Faye Whaley. She is survived by her daughter, Alice Harmon of Franklin, GA; two sons, Chris Baxter (Amber) of Edmonton, KY, and Allen Harmon (Dawn) of Moreland, GA; three grandchildren, Brody Harmon, Braley Harmon and Joseph Baxter; one sister, Janet Combs (Lee), of Franklin; five brothers, Ralph “Peanut” Brooks of Wedowee, Bo Brooks (Carol) of Pell City, Tony Brooks of Franklin, GA, John Brooks (Chenel) and Doyle Brooks both of Valley.
