Bill humbly served his country in the Army as an Infantry Captain and Unit Commander with the official designation of "Ranger" and Special Forces as a Green Berets. Bill’s life defined Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage. He truly was,
“Airborne Steal.”

For 37 years, he dedicated his life to service at Cherry Creek Presbyterian Church. His
ever-present love and spirit are with his loving wife as they celebrate their 55th wedding
anniversary this December 26th.

Bill’s Godly ministry continues to grow through his sister, 4 children, seven grandchildren, great-grandson, and the extended family of relations and friends from every walk of life.

We were blessed to learn many valuable lessons from him during his 84 years, among them:
“It's a tough world, stay prayed up!” “Do your best and let God do the rest,” “Looking sharp,”
“Army Rangers lead the way,” “Always keep yourself mentally alert, physically strong and
morally straight; shoulder more than your share of the task whatever it may be….one-hundred-percent and then some,” and “Semper Fi” (Always Faithful).
