Mark Randel Neal was born on October 22, 1965 in Oklahoma City to James Sidney and Ruth (Bourbonnais) Neal and passed from this life on November 26, 2020 in Pauls Valley.
On July 29, 1983 he married Shelly Blankenship in Pauls Valley. Mark was an excellent brick mason, and his work can be viewed on many completed projects all throughout the Pauls Valley area. His skill and dedication to doing a job right were so appreciated by the people who hired him. Craftsmen like Mark are very difficult to find these days. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. Shelly was his partner for life and helped him with his work and running job errands, he was an honest hardworking man who loved the Lord. He was a wonderful husband and the best daddy and papa. He was a special man to many and will be greatly missed.

Daughters – Stacey, Janis and Mallory
Son-in-law- Jeff and Josh
Grandchildren – Drake Spencer, Gunner Huntsinger, Easton and Mason Bourque and Jackson and Jessa Cottrell
