Visitation will be on Sunday, December 06, 2020 from 1-2 P.M. at Marion County Funeral Home. The memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel with Bro. Rich Dubielack and Bro. Andy Skinner officiating.
He was preceded in death by his father, Terry Franks; grandfather, Eugene Byrd; grandparents, Kathlene and Dock Jr. Franks .
