Shirley, Lillian “Lil” Mae of High Ridge, Missouri, was born September 6, 1932, in Cave City, Arkansas to Homer Lee and Mary Lee (nee Smith) Brewer and entered into rest Wednesday, November 25, 2020 in St. Louis, Missouri at the age of 88 years, 2 months and 19 days.
She is preceded in death by her parents and
three (3) brothers, Darryl Brewer, George Brewer, Marvin (Linda) Brewer,
She is survived by,
two (2) children, Diane (Martin) Daugherty and Ron (Debbie) Shirley,
four (4) grandchildren, Scott (Terra) Fitzgerald, Shane McMullin, Andrea Lynn (Adam) Bollinger and Josh Shirley,
six (6) great-grandchildren, Chase Fitzgerald, Brendan Fitzgerald, Garrett Bollinger, Morgan Bollinger, Connor Bollinger, Deven McMullin,
three (3) siblings, Norma Dyson, Wayman (Rose) Brewer, Jerry Brewer,
along with many other family and friends.
Lil was a proud Arkansas native. She offered a smile to everyone and never met a stranger. She knew “eserbody”! She enjoyed time with her family and all those who called her “MoMo”. Lil had a green thumb and spent countless hours in her floral gardens. She enjoyed crafting and made the most beautiful and unique beaded jewelry by hand. She spent numerous evenings with her Slo Odies Music Group and was an active member of High Ridge Church of Christ. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Visitation Thursday, December 10, 2020 from 3:00 p.m. until time of service at 6:00 p.m.
