Jerry Warren Harper, Sr., 94, died peacefully on November 22, 2018, surrounded by his loving family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, C. Marvin Harper and Marion Harper; sister, Frances Murphy; and brother, Marvin Harper.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years; daughters; sons; seven grandchildren; and many family and friends.
Jerry served in the Pacific in the Navy in World War II. He graduated from UTK and retired from a management position at Combustion Engineering.
Jerry was a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church where a memorial service will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 27, at 2 p.m. Visitation will be one hour before the service.
