Karen Elaine Chambers was born on August 8, 1965, to Leonard Chambers Sr. and Easter Chambers, in Chicago Heights, Illinois.

Karen Accepted Christ at an early age. She trusted and believed in God. Those that knew her, knew that she had a cheerful and vibrant personality, was kind, caring and a loving soul.

Karen attend schools in Chicago Heights.

Karen transitioned peacefully into the Lord's care August 5, 2017.

Karen Chambers was preceded in death by her father, Leonard Chambers, Sr.; and her son, Jacob Chambers.

She leaves to cherish her memories her mother, Easter Chambers; her children: Michael Manning, Christina Chambers, Matthew Chambers, Joshua Chambers, and Daniel Coleman; her sister, Kelly Jones; brothers: Leonard, Jr. (Derrica) Chambers, Eric, Sr. (Latricia) Chambers, and Jermaine Chambers. She also leaves behind her dear friends, Ronald and Darlene Carpenter; the love of her life, Carl Hughes and his mother, Louise Hughes; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins who loved her dearly.
