She enjoyed riding motorcycles, listening to music, going to concerts, going out and having a good time, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and sister Margaret.
Sherri is survived by her children Bernard Eugene "Gene" Simms III of Chesapeake Beach, Joseph Simms, and Mary Simms of Chesapeake Beach, grandchildren Gene, Rylee, Sophia, and Lilly Simms, sister Margaret Stokes, and husband David Boarman.
She was preceded in death by her brothers Charlie and Brian Phipps.
