Evelyn H. (Lombard) Deming, of Farmington, died peacefully on Tuesday, (July 26, 2005).
Evelyn was born March 25, 1916, to Fred C. and Louise (Chute) Lombard of Casco, ME.
She came to Connecticut with her family and settled in Farmington in 1926.
She graduated from Farmington High School in 1934 and resided in Farmington from that time forward.
Evelyn is predeceased by her husband Earl H. Deming of Farmington.
She is survived by her daughter Shirley Hales and husband Kevin Hales of Torrington, her daughter Donna D. Mullen and husband Gerald H. Mullen of Burlington, and her son E. Steven Deming and wife Susan B. Deming of Farmington.
Evelyn is also survived by her grandchildren as well as several great-grandchildren.
Evelyn was a member of the First Church of Christ, Congregational of Farmington and a longtime member of the church's Women's Association.
The memorial service was held in the Meetinghouse of the First Church of Christ, Congregational, Farmington.
