Elizabeth E. Lam, 91, of Pinehurst, NC; passed Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at Fox Hollow Assisted Living in Pinehurst. Mrs. Lam was born December 21, 1920 in Newport News, VA to the late William Vernon Stepp and Bessie (Wallace) Stepp. A visitation will be held from 12 to 1 p.m. on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at Jefferson Funeral Chapel in Alexandria, VA; a funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. with burial to follow in National Memorial Park in Falls Church, VA.
Mrs. Lam lived in Alexandria, VA for sixty years before moving to Pinehurst, NC in 2006. Mrs. Lam was preceded in death in 2006 by her husband of 66 years, Warren Lam. Mrs. Lam is survived by (living relatives named). In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in memory of Elizabeth Lam to the Alzheimer's disease and Related Disorders Association at 3800 Shamrock Drive, Charlotte, NC 28215.
