Sandra, of Haslett formerly of Portland passed away peacefully on November 26, 2020. Sandy was born to the late Kenneth G. and Betty M. (Brown) Hissong.
She was a loving wife and proud stay at home mom raising 5 wonderful children. She loved to bake and cook and was known for her homemade noodles and cinnamon rolls. After the kids were older she was a retail clerk.
She is survived by her children, Kurt (Michelle) Spitzley, Kim Keeler, Katrina Hawley, Karen Barker and Kris (Kendra) Spitzley; grandchildren, Kyle, Travis, Kayla, Kelsey, Tara, Trenton, Alex, Abby, Jordyn and Jada; great grandchildren; Nyle, Blayne, Emmett and Bailey; siblings, Gaylord (Tina) Hissong, Kenneth (Karen) Hissong, Bridgette Sowle, Sally (Dave) Witt; step-mother, June Hissong; half-sister, Kendra (Eric) Kemp; step-brother, Tim (Carrie) Tweedie.
Sandra was preceded in death by her loving husband, Steven and sisters, Judy Dukelo and Jean Salmon.
A private family service will be held followed by a public graveside service at Niles Cemetery, Eagle Township, Clinton County, Michigan on Tuesday, December 1, 2020, with Pastor Duane Bower of Epic Church, officiating. The service conducted at the funeral home will be available to view on Sandra's memorial website page.
