Denise M. Brady, 66, of Liverpool, passed away Thursday at University Hospital. She was a lifetime resident of the Syracuse area. Denise was a beautician for many years and a volunteer paramedic at the Moyers Corners Fire Dept. She enjoyed reading, gardening, cooking and baking, especially Italian cookies and homemade sauces. Above all, she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Denise was predeceased by her father, Michael Fabrizio; and nephew, Mark Fabrizio.
Surviving are her companion of 25 years, Mike Matthews of Syracuse; daughter, Jennifer (Nickolas) Scholz of Liverpool; son, John Brady of Wilmington; mother, Florence Fabrizio of Syracuse; brothers, Michael (Karen) Fabrizio of Skaneateles and Daniel (Kathy Angrick) Fabrizio of Jordan; grandchildren, Kayla, Nickolas and Gracie; niece, Rebecca Fabrizio of Syracuse; and nephew, Michael Fabrizio of Skaneateles.
Relatives and friends may call Thursday, December 3 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in Word of Life Assembly of God, 12 East Oneida St., Baldwinsville. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m. in the church. Face coverings are required. Denise will be laid to rest in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Marcellus.
