Deborah A. Herman, 67 of Grand Forks formerly of Devils Lake ND passed away on Monday, November 16, 2020 at Altru Hospital, Grand Forks.

Deborah Ann Herman was born on August 15, 1953 at Devils Lake ND the daughter of Beulah (Parisien) and Ernest Herman both of Belcourt ND.

Deborah lived at the Grafton State School, in Grand Forks and Devils Lake. Her favorite color was yellow and she never turned down a chance to have her picture taken. She enjoyed all kinds of arts and crafts projects, loved dancing and Elvis Presley. Her happiest times were coming home to Devils Lake for visits and holidays and spending time with her sisters. She always wanted to know what they were doing and asking about them. Deborah was a happy, smiling, beautiful soul who was such a joy to be around. She will be so dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Deborah is survived by her loving family. Her siblings Alfred Herman, Ernestine (Herman) Dauphinais, Mary Jane (Herman) and her husband Wayne Carlson, Yvonne (Herman) Shipley, Shirley "Chicken" Herman, Toni "CheeChee" (Herman) and her husband Tim Olson, Brenda (Herman) and her husband Bud Pendergast; many dear nieces, nephews and their families.

Deborah was preceded in death by her parents, brother Ernest Herman Jr., sisters Betty Ann (Herman) Jager, Jeanotte (Herman) Jore, Elsie Herman and Lucille Herman.
