He is survived by two daughters, Judy Ulmer and Melinda Thompson; five sons, Mitch, Mike, Nick, Mark and Marshall White; three sisters, Betty Satterfield, Carol Graham, and Treva McGuire; three brothers, Donald, Jim and Brian White; 15 grandchildren; and three great grand-children.
