BOSSIER CITY, LA - Services to celebrate the life of Sylvia Carol Ogle, will be held at Christ the King Catholic Church, on Thursday, October 4, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. Officiating the Mass of Christian Burial will be Father Charles Glorioso. Interment will follow in Hill Crest Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Hill Crest Funeral Home, with a Rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m.
Sylvia was born on November 4th in Lowell, MA., and left this life on October 2, 2007. She was a 30 year breast cancer survivor who loved her family dearly and was very proud of her Catholic faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Louise Anglin.
Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Cliff Ogle and wife, Kasey of Houston, TX, and David Ogle and wife, Tesha of Bossier City; daughters, Angela Lehr and husband, Steve of Bossier City, Michelle Doolittle and husband, Gary of Bossier City, and Jackie Pratt and husband, Blaine of Covington, LA; three sisters, one brother, twenty-five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Blaine Pratt, Steve Lehr, Gary Doolittle, Calvin Joyner, Tyler Thompson, and Alex Linowski.
The family would like to extend a very special thank you to Dr. Joyce Feagin and the staff of Willis Knighton Medical Center for the care given to their loved one.
