Glenda V. Johnson, 85, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri passed away Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2020, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Missouri.

Glenda Valerie Richman was born 11/1/1935 in Wayne County, Missouri to Claude and Pauline (Dixon) Richman. She was a devoted and loving wife, grandmother and great-grandmother, who loved spending time with her family, going to church and listening to Christian music. She also enjoyed working crossword and word search puzzles.

She married the love of her life Louie Johnson on May 10, 1954. He preceded her in death. Glenda was also preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Eugene, Kenneth and Troy Richman.

Survivors include three daughters, Sharon (Rendell) Wills, Karen (Charlie) Griffith and Marilyn (Nickey) Searcy; grandchildren, Lee and Heather Wills, Laura McCoy, Jennifer (Scott) Giles, Jacob (Mandy) Griffith, Nick Searcy and Jeri Searcy and Aaron Herrold; great-grandchildren, Blake and Sierra, Abbey, Brooklyn and Gavin, Bentley, Presley and Claire and Rory; and several nieces and nephews.

A private family service will be held Monday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel in Poplar Bluff. A private graveside service will follow at Richman Cemetery in Wayne County with Rev. Kevin Goble officiating. Face mask and social distancing required for all family members.
