Virginia ( Ginnie) D. Taylor 78, of Aurora, Colorado , passed away on the 22nd of November of 2020. She was born to parents Gilbert J. Nierengarten and Winifred Nierengarten, on 07 August 1942 in Duluth, Minnesota.

She graduated High School from the Villa de Chantal - Rock Island, IL in 1960.

Virginia worked as Business Manager and supported the choir for St. Ambrose as well as running a food pantry. After 40 plus years of service, she retired from St. Ambrose Catholic Church- Milan, IL.

She enjoyed singing and her family. She was a dedicated mother & wife first and foremost. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as grandmother aka Mimi. Ginnie was blessed with heavenly vocal cords. Though she would always say before singing she was nervous she would brush that aside and echo the most wonderful operatic sounds. A fellow parishioner once asked if she would sing at his funeral. She remembered and honored that with the requested Ave Maria.

She was preceded in death by Gilbert & Winifred Nierengarten parents, Glenn Taylor Jr. husband, Miles, Mazee and John Taylor grandchildren.
