Doris (Paulhus) Stevens, 91, passed away Sunday, November 15, 2020, after a brief illness.
Wife of the late Joseph P. Stevens, she was born in New Bedford, MA, a daughter of the late Lucien and Alice (Roy) Paulhus.
She lived in Fall River, MA for most of her life.
She was a member of the former SS. Peter & Paul Parish. Doris was devoted to her family.
She is survived by four daughters, Debra Michalski and husband Jim of Somerset, MA; Laurie Goyette and husband Normand of Tiverton, RI; Nancy Goulart and husband Jimmy of Assonet, MA; Susan Bagnall and husband Tom of Spring Hill, FL; five grandchildren, Bethany Michalski; Katie (Michalski) Greco, (husband Jamie); Tommy Jr. and Zachary Bagnall; Dante Goulart; three great-grandchildren, Dylan, Gabriella, and Giulianna Greco as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was the grandmother of the late Nadine Goyette and the sister of the late Rita (Dutra), Arthur, Therese, Rene, Raymond, Lucille (Lussier), Helene, and Florence Paulhus.
She will be greatly missed by all. A private funeral Mass will be held at Holy Ghost Church in Tiverton, RI.
Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River, MA.
