E. Louise Parker, 90, of York PA gained her heavenly wings on November 20, 2020 . She was born December 9, 1929 to Addie Griffith and George Homer Allen in Greenville, SC. At a young age, Louise moved to York PA where she was raised by Thomas and Leola Kennedy.

Louise attended William Penn Senior High School.+ She left school early to work but later received her G.E.D.

She was employed at the Visiting Nurse Association for several years and later worked for the York City School District as a cafeteria aid at William Penn Senior High School until retirement.

Louise prayed that she would be a humble servant to God. She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist church until leaving York in 1995. She later returned to York in 2002 and joined Shiloh Baptist Church. At Shiloh Louise was a Deaconess, member of the Greeters, Compassion and Senior Saints Ministry.

Louise was preceded in death by her parents Addie Griffith and George Homer Allen, husband James Parker, brother Jesse James Allen, Sisters Nancy Hooker, Minnie Ruth McDonald, Elizabeth Young Dickey and Margaret Williams.
Louise is survived by her children Gwendolyn Pendarvis-Harris (Herbert), James - Rocky Parker (Cheryl), Kelvin Parker (Christine), Travis Parker (Vilisha), Jason Parker (Stacy), and Montez Parker (Stephanie). 29 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and an array of nieces, nephews and countless others who called her family.

Louise was blessed with a large family whom she loved. Although Louise had six children she mothered countless others - affectionately known as Mother Parker in her community. She leaves a lasting legacy of caring for her children, grandchildren, and anyone else who needed a helping hand.

Louise was and will forever be a "PHENOMENAL" woman.
