Timothy was the son of Caleb Allen Sr and Odell Brown Allen. He was educated in the Macon County School System. He was a Christian and attended Zion Hill Baptist Church in Montezuma, Georgia. He will be remembered for caring for his cats.
He was married to Ira Bee Kendrick Allen. He was preceded in death by 1 son, Timothy Allen Jr and 1 brother, Caleb Allen Jr.

8 Daughters: Shirley Jackson, Belinda Wright, Tammy Hunt, Demetria Allen, Gloria Stroud, Barbara Mingo, Jackie Kendrick and Latoya Tookes.
2 Sons: Ernest Allen and Melvin Fields.
4 Sisters: Cleone Allen, Irene Womack(John Lee), Juanita Gilbert(Jonnie) and Shirley Canion.
2 Brothers: Edwin Allen(Sissy) and Elton Wayne Allen.
2 Sisters-In-Law: Willie Pearl Allen and Mary Louise Johnson.
6 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren.
Graveside services were held Saturday, November 28, 2020 at 11AM in the Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Montezuma, Georgia.
