Elizabeth C. McMullen, age 81, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, passed away on November 1, 2020 surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on June 17, 1939 to Francis “Frank” Ruff and Geneva “Betty” (Jackson) Ruff. On December 15, 1956 she married Charles “Chuck” McMullen in Los Angeles, California.

Betsey was a Cub Scout “Den Mother” during her childrens’ early years and also supported them through many sports activities.
