Riley, age 62 of Jackson Township passed away Thursday, November 19, 2020 at the Mercy Anderson Hospital. He was born June 28, 1958 in Cincinnati the son of Howard and Shirley Yvonne (nee Carnahan) Riley. Philip was a 1976 graduate of Clermont Northeastern High School and served in the U.S. Army. He had been employeed as a machinst at the Anchor Fluid & Power Company in Fairfax and a member of the 1st Baptist Church of Fayetteville. On April 15, 1984 he married Peggy Grossnickle Riley, who survives along with their children; William Riley and Rebecca Riley, sisters and brothers-in-law; Pam & John Carney, Ginny & Ed Moore and Lisa & Julio Lamadrid. Due to the uprise in the Covid-19 virus, a Memorial Service is being planned for a future date at his church when it is safe for family and friends to gather again. Philip's family requests memorials to the 1st Baptist Church of Fayetteville, 3365 US-50, Fayetteville, OH 45118 or to Pancreatic Cancer at purplestride.org to donate in his name.
