YORK Robert G. Barnett, 69, died September 30, 2007, at the home of his sister, Minnie Armold. Robert was born on February 12, 1938, in Unicoi County, Tenn., son of the late Dave and Muriella (Barnett) Hoyle. He was a driver for Consolidated Freightway for 39 years. He was also U.S. Air Force veteran. He is survived by a daughter, Julie Miller; two grandchildren, Jeremy Wenrich and Elizabeth Miller; nine sisters, Linda Barnett, Minnie Armold, and Sarah Boger, all of York, Wanda Higgins of Johnson City, Tenn., Blanche Watts, Marie Keever, Nellie Riddle, Dollie Poore, and Virgie Anders, all of Erwin, Tenn. He was predeceased by a brother, JB Hoyle. There will be no viewing. A private military service will be held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
