OBITUARY
Robert "Bob" Davis
Robert "Bob" Davis, age 66 of Murfreesboro, died Monday, July 27, 2015. He was a native of Loyall, KY and was the son of the late Hobert and Oma Roe Davis. Mr. Davis was a member of St. Marks United Methodist Church and was retired from Stellram as a Quality Control Engineer. He was a member of Mt. Moriah Masonic Lodge and Sigma Chi Fraternity. His kind heart and love will be missed by all.
Mr. Davis is survived by his wife of 32 years, Brenda Pittman Davis; son, Kevin Davis and wife Jackie of Murfreesboro; brothers, Ken Davis and wife Kathy of Murfreesboro, Ed Davis of Indiana, Gene Davis of Tazwell, TN, Dennis Davis and wife Pam of Murfreesboro; sisters, Lena Osborne and husband Larry of Indiana, Charlene Phelps and husband Scott of Murfreesboro, Minnie Bailey and husband Ralph of Harlan, KY; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children or St. Marks United Methodist Church in memory of Mr. Davis.
Celebration of Mr. Davis' life will be 4 p.m., Monday, August 3, 2015 at St. Marks United Methodist Church. Dr. Craig Goff, Dr. Jim Clardy and Rev. Martha Touchton will officiate. Visitation will be after 2 p.m., Monday at St. Marks United Methodist Church.
