Tom was born in Tollo, Italy on September 4, 1927, the son of the late Joseph & Maria DiPalma DeLabbio. He had resided most of his life in Seneca Falls and was retired from the former Sylvania Inc. of Seneca Falls. He was a member of St. Patrick's Church in Seneca Falls and a former member of the S.M.S of Seneca Falls and the Seneca Falls Elks Lodge #992. Tom produced a beautiful garden each year for his family and his friends, no one left Tom's home empty handed. He also had a wonderful greenhouse that produced many beautiful plants. He was a self-taught Jack-of-all-Trades. Tom loved the art of wine making and so did those who drank of his product. He was a people person and a kind and generous man...

In addition to his parents, Tom was predeceased by his wife, Mary C. DeLabbio, who died May 16, 2009; two sisters Yolanda Caruana and Lucia Lombardo.
