He was preceded in death by his parents Lewis Bradley Moore and Pauline Clementine Chambers Moore, brothers Randy Moore, Donnie Moore, and Kenneth Moore, grandson Tatum Richardson, niece Amber Moore and best friend Travis Norris.
He is survived by his wife Susan Moore, Son Bishop Moore, Daughter Allison Richardson, son-in-law Jason Richardson, twin brother Todd Moore, God son Grant Moore, granddaughter Maycee Richardson, nephew Josh Moore (Bobbi), Donald Moore (Kelly), nephew Brent Davis, niece Cayla Davis, niece Raegan Cauley, niece Sonia Locklear, great nephews Austin Moore, Dustin Moore, Dawson Moore, mother-in-law Brenda Cauley, father-in-law George Cauley, brother in law Brad Cauley and sister in law Heather Cauley.
Rodney was an avid deer hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed golf and loved spending time with his family. More than anything, he loved being a baseball dad, a loving Pap Paw, and giving his twin brother a hard time.
There will be a celebration of his life on Tuesday November 24th, 2020 at 2:00pm at Gilmore Memorial Park at 6500 Liberty Rd, Julian NC, 27283.
