Kenneth Robert “Bob” Richmond, 84, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 23rd, 2020.
He was born on January 23rd, 1936, the son of the late Hazel and Kenneth Richmond. While serving 3 years in the Army and being stationed in Germany, he met and married Ingrid Richmond (Egensperger) to which he spent 62 wonderful, loving, years with. After his time in the army, he worked in the maintenance department for 17 years at St. Joseph hospital.
He was proceeded in death by his sisters, Virginia Jenson and Kay Webber, his son Kenneth Richmond, and his grandson, Dakota Richmond. He leaves behind a large, close-knit family and will be deeply missed by all, his sister, Pat Taylor, his children, Ellen (John) Marshall, Regina (Kevin) Jackson, Bobbie Jo (Peter) Dohar, 15 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.

He was a husband, father, grandfather, and super hero to all that knew him – often being referred to as Superman by his family. He enjoyed creating memories and cherishing traditions with his family, gardening, and was an incredible woodworker – spending a lot of his days in his shop making extraordinary pieces of work.
There will be no calling hours or funeral services as the family has elected to have a small intimate gathering to honor his life on Saturday, September 26th, at the Bristol Township park at 12pm. After the service, the family will be receiving guests at the residence of Ingrid Richmond from 2pm – 4pm.
